Villa Verde began as a private retreat on Elk Hill, then opened its doors: four bedrooms, a living room and lawns wide enough for everyone to end up together anyway.

Peacock, Hornbill, Barbet and Sparrow, each with its own bathroom and its own character. Peacock and Barbet are upstairs, where the house begins; Hornbill and Sparrow are on the lower floor, opening onto the lawn.

Ten across four en-suite bedrooms. Peacock and Hornbill take three guests each, Barbet and Sparrow take two.
Can we book just one room, or does it have to be the whole house?
Either works. Book a single room and you share the living room, dining room and lawns with whoever else is staying that night. Book all four and the house is yours.
Which spaces are shared?
The living room, the dining room and the lawns. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, so those are never shared.
